OCR is a safe and secure reporting system – Data remains protected from unauthorized access
Reports go to our server and do not interface with an agency’s system Notification is sent to the agency’s designated email address that a report has been made. Agencies have access to an administrative site to obtain reports, print, and download – including CVS format The ability to add report numbers, agency employee’s name/id, etc. Reports can be emailed back to the citizen
