Test Your System Before You Purchase A Report


Every computer is different!

Use this process to configure your computer


Step 1              Security Certificate                  
To View a Report, you must accept our Security Certificate!

The first time that you attempt to view a report on our system, you will see this Security Warning.  You must accept our Security Certificate to view and print reports!
 
Note: This is only a picture of the warning, it does not actually work.

 

 

Step 2          JAVA                                                               

In order to view and print reports, JAVA must be enabled on your system.  If JAVA is not enabled on your system, you can use this link to assist you in enabling JAVA.

Step 3              Almost Done                      

We highly recommend that you configure your system in the following manner.

 
        • With your Browser open:
        • click on Tools
        • Click on Internet Options
        • Click on the Settings Button
        • Select "Every Vist To The Page"
        • Click OK and OK again.
 

 



Step 4    Use This Link To Test Your System  


Please Note: The first time that you use our system, depending on the speed of your internet connection, you will see a GRAY SCREEN that could last up to 2 minutes before you see the image.

If you DID NOT SEE THE SUCCESSFUL IMAGE, your system will not allow you to view or print reports.  You should check again to see if JAVA is enabled.  You may be working in a network environment that does not allow you to download the security certificate, or there may be some security setting preventing you from downloading the report image.  You should attempt to determine why your system is preventing you from downloading the image and test your system again before attempting to purchase a report.
